A 1950s rise and fall counterweight pendant light. Completely rewired and earthed with braided black cable. This elegant pendant is of red painted steel construction with a translucent lucite bowl and brass hardware. Supplied with an ample quantity of black braided cable, which can be shortened easily to suit your ceiling height. This is an antique light and as such retains its commensurate patina and some quirky features that I feel are all part of its character. If you are looking for something brand new and shiny, this is not for you. Please try IKEA instead. For example there is a slight warp to the lucite bowl, the paintwork is slightly modelled and shows some ageing. I have added a new cord grip for safety, black 3 core earthed cable and e27 bulb holder. All other parts are original. The light is ready for installation by a qualified electrician.
