This vintage stoneware kitchen utensil holder was made in the 1970s by the Moira pottery works in Burton on Trent, Staffordshire. They formed in 1922 and were famous for their utilitarian stoneware. This utensil holder is hand crafted and has an illustration on the front with the title 'KITCHEN THINGS'. The lettering has slightly faded which adds to the vintage charm but apart from that it is in very good condition. It is glazed in the typical two colours of oatmeal and brown and an unglazed base with the makers name. It measures 16cm tall and 12cm in diameter.
