This beautiful little footed bowl was hand made at Gladstone Pottery Museum in Stoke-on-Trent where you can visit the only complete Victorian pottery factory from the days when coal burning ovens made the world's finest bone china. Gladstone Pottery Museum offers a fascinating insight into the history of Stoke-on-Trent, famously known the world over as The Potteries. The bowl has an outer brown treacle glaze and the inner has a beautiful brown and caramel swirl design. It stands 5.5cm high and has a diameter of 15cm. It is a lovely decorative or functional piece.
