This beautiful hand-thrown stoneware pot, dates to 18th Century China, at the time of the Qing Dynasty. Originally used to hold soy sauce; very heavyweight and large in scale, it features a rich-molasses brown glaze and would make a stunning styling accent alone or styled perhaps with statement blooms. 24cm W (at widest point) x 23cm H x 9cm at rim x 15cm W at base In excellent antique condition throughout, free from any chips, nibbles, cracks or repair. Light surface wear in line with its years.
