This large vintage Swedish Dala horse, by Nils Olsson, is a wonderful example of an age old Scandinavian craft. Hand-carved and painted, each horse is totally unique made in the village of Nusnäs, Mora. We adore their traditional folk-art inspired patterns and retro appeal, perfect for display in any vintage or more contemporary space. 13.5cm (5.5") H - Dala horses are measured from the ground to the tip of the ear. In excellent vintage condition throughout, with one tiny paint fleck missing from its hind leg (please see rear photo. 🖤 All our items are genuine pieces of age and are never sold as in new condition.
