This pop of colour is a ceramic wall plaque, designed by Ester Wallin (1928-2009) for Swedish ceramics firm Upsala Ekeby. The design name is “Planet” and it dates to 1970, the vibrant colour and circular space designs reflecting the recent space age advances of the time.
