This striking unique and one of a kind lampshade is perfect for a table lamp. This shade is totally unique and will not be seen in anyone else's home!! This is a traditional style lampshade frame brought up to date in 100% silk dupion in purple. The shade is balloon lined in a quality purple fabric with a gorgeous sheen which covers the lampshade frame. The lamp looks even more beautiful when lit; giving a boudoir glow. It is trimmed with a black tassel and pearl trim - very Chanel! Tassels can be added at each point along the base at an additional cost for the tassels only. I will not charge for sewing them to the shade. A perfect statement piece for any room. The frame is a empire shape with scalloped top and bottom and fits directly to a lamp base. The lampshade frame is bound and the silk is sewn together in two panels and then hand sewn onto the frame in a traditional method which makes for a sturdy lampshade.
