Elegant Late Victorian Burr Walnut Dressing Table, dating from around 1890. Stunning period antique featuring a long bevelled mirror set within a mahogany frame with expertly shaped, detailed, carved, and added carved pediment to the top. On either side are lovely jewellery stands consisting of glazed bevel drawers with turned column detail and fretwork with acorn-designed tops. The glamorous mirror extends down into the sophisticated centre with two cute drawers on either side and two long, full-length drawers with sleek burr walnut panels and original intricate brass handles in a beautiful vase design. It stands on turned legs on original castors. A magnificent dressing table made with exquisite craftsmanship with lovely vibrant tones and original authentic patina, the quality woodwork and the workmanship show the character of the period.
