Really lovely late Victorian silver plated toast rack with Modernist lines echoing the style of the great Victorian designer Christopher Dresser. Dating from circa 1880-1900. Very nice quality silver plate on what I think is a brass frame. All hand made. Good weight and good thick plate. Condition is amazing- doesn't appear to have been used much at all.
