Rare plastic kitchen thermometer made from green Bakelite in a smart art deco style with fabulous black faced and chrome surround, topped off by the bold white temperature gauge dial and wonderfully stylish font for the writing and numbers. Small, neat and compact with a useful stand that can also be hung up on the wall. Accuracy is unknown but still increases and decreases in hot/cold temperatures, so the gauge is still working. Size Approx - Width: 3 1/4" Height: 3 1/4" Depth: 1 1/4" Slight discolouration (mainly to the back), some wear/pitting to the chrome face surround, a tiny chip off the back of the stand at the top, some slight edge wear, some chips/wear/discoloration to the holes either side of the stand at the back and a few specks of likely dust underneath the glass face.
