Framed vintage original oil on board signed by artist JPH entitled ‘Farm Ruins, Braunston Lodge, Rutland’. This landscape oil captures the essence of the ruinous farmhouse nestled amongst the autumnal fields. Dreaming that one day you will own that little farm and restore it to its former glory. Great texture to the piece sold as 1970s. The signature of the artist is located on the lower right of the picture. The title is labelled to the reverse. The condition of the picture is as expected for a piece of this age. There is some cracks to the oil and discolouration which reveals its timeworn charm. The frame has some wear and signs of age. Chips to lower right corner and a crack to the top inner white edging. Dimensions framed Height 38cm Width 44cm Ready to hang on the wall.
