Vintage 1970s Beetroot Face Pot for serving Pickled Beetroot. Measurements are as follows ~ 9.5cm Opening, 14cm Height including Lid, 11cm Base Novelty serving vessels featuring anthropomorphic vegetables were a big trend 60s and 70s and what we love most about this is that it was completely normal to use something as crazy and quirky as this on your Dining Table! For our overseas friends - pickled beetroot or beets were often on our 1980s childhood dining tables during summer, loved by some - loathed by others!! This lidded pot would also make a fun addition to the kitchen to store knick knacks! As always, we have picked this piece as it will look equally at home in a retro or modern aesthetic.
