*This listing is for the larger bird* These birds are richly coloured, beautifully carved and full of character! They're possibly gannets, but definitely some type of sea bird. They're not something I've found before and although they appear to be a pair, one is slightly larger than the other. As with all my vintage pieces these have evidence of their previous life adding to their uniqueness, character and charm - they're in great condition with minimal signs of wear; the only real flaw I can find is on the larger bird where the tip of part of its tail is missing (see picture).
