Vintage 1970s Hand Painted Papier Mâche / Wooden Apple, opening to reveal a Trinket, Ring or Jewellery Dish. Measurements are as follows ~ 11cm Height, 6cm Opening, 2cm Base We love this beautifully hand painted Trinket Pot, the fine detail of the pink and white flowers and green leaves is so pretty, and contrasts wonderfully against the glossy black finish of the Apple. A delicately fruity place for hiding keepsakes or stashing small change, it would also make a unique gift for a Favourite Teacher - or even as a unique way of presenting a ring for a countryside or orchard proposal! As always, we have picked this piece as it would look equally at home in a retro or modern aesthetic. In Very Good vintage condition - no dents or scratches but there is some natural signs of age related wear.
