Vintage Art Deco Wooden Jewellery/Trinket Box

Lovely small vintage Art Deco wooden jewellery/trinket box. This is a handmade piece, possibly an apprentice piece and was probably made in tbeen the height of fashion and sophistication in its day and could of even been made as a gift for a loved one. Perfect for storing jewellery, watches, trinkets and small keepsakes 💍⏱️ This lovely little box measures: Height 12cm Length 18.5cm Width 12.5cm The box is covered in a wood veneer but then has been lightly varnished in a warm mahogany finish after a few small previous repairs to the veneer on the lid (see photos). These repairs do not take away from the beauty of the item. The box has received a gentle clean and some sympathetic restoration whilst in our care. The inside of the box has been lined with a warm red lining paper.
