Vintage 1930’s bank of drawers This fabulous old bank of drawers is a wonderful old piece full of character. The drawer fronts are slightly splashed with paint where this piece has lived in a work shop for years. It has the official George V1 mark on the back and probably started life in a government office. There are 12 drawers in total, 9 of the same size and 3 of a larger size at the bottom. One of the top drawers has had compartments added, likely for storing bottles. The handles are all original and are painted black. The top and side of the body are also painted black which gives this piece a great contemporary look. It would happily sit in a vintage or modern setting. This would look really good in a free standing kitchen or lounge setting.
