Vintage 1970s Stoneware Biscuit Barrel / Cookie Jar with dark wooden lid, made by Fosters Pottery in Cornwall. Measurements are as follows ~ 10cm Opening, 16cm Width approximately, 19cm Height We love this Vintage 1970s ceramic Biscuit Barrel, in a glossy dark brown with the signature Fosters cream and caramel Honeycomb Glaze - perfect for adding character to your kitchen, or makes a great plant pot or vase for voluminous blooms. As always, we have picked this piece as it would look equally at home in a retro or modern aesthetic. In Very Good Vintage condition. Please note that the wooden lid has some age related wear, but the rubber seal is still intact. There is one slight scratch to the side of the barrel - all of which we have tried to detail in our photography.
