An unusual 1960’s vintage tin for Crumpsall’s biscuits. Depicts Mongolian riders playing polo. Bright metallic blue design on sides. In good used vintage condition, but bears some scuffs scratches and small dints, commensurate with its age and use. No rust inside or out. Please do check the photos thoroughly as these form part of the description. Measures 22cm long x 9cm depth x 8cm height. The ancient game of polo originated in 6th century Persia, where it was used as a sport for training young warriors. PLEASE BE AWARE THIS IS A VINTAGE ITEM.
