Vintage Brass and Enamel Card Notepad

This unique item is not something Opto would typically chose, however there was something about it that we were drawn to. We've struggled to find anything concrete about it, except that it's vintage (likely 60s/70s) brass and enamel - and it's function as a holder for score keeping in card games. The original notepad is still in it, but would work equally well with a new onoe for address or simple note taking as well!
