A vintage brass replica AEC Routemaster London bus with moving wheels. The Routemaster was a double decker bus in production from 1954 to 1968 and had a half-cab, front-mounted engine and open rear platform. This brass model version is labelled route '10 Victoria Street' on all 4 faces of the bus and has a banner on either side saying 'Welcome to Britain' with a Union Jack flag and the initials BTA (British Travel Association). It measures 6cm high, 11.5cm long and 3.7cm wide and weighs 345g. It is empty inside and has two long screws holding the top and bottom two molded sections together. It does lean very slightly to one side and there is plenty of vintage patina....more
