Lovely vintage brass hand, perfect for displaying jewellery or just as a display piece in its own right. It's possibly a pipe tamper - this is only the second I've managed to find; I've kept the first. The hand stands unsupported but will rock slightly if nudged as the base isn't perfectly flat. As with all my vintage pieces this has evidence of its previous life adding to its character and charm - this is in great condition.
