Vintage Carlton Ware Rouge Royale Trio, Bon Bon Dish, Ashtray & Lidded Pot - Rouge Red w/ Gold Gilt Detail - Vintage Collectible Lustre Ware A beautiful Carlton Ware collection consisting of handled bon bon dish, ashtray and lidded pot in the 'Rouge Royale' pattern dated to the 40's. The name truly does this trio justice in a graduated rich red and deep brown/black tones with muted gold accents. The high lustre finish on these pieces allows for a stunning iridescence. The base of all pieces show the script style Carlton Ware stamp. The bon bon dish features an impressed design number 1988. The lidded pot is impressed with 1682 (with the original factory sticker present) and the ashtray, 1683. The trio is in fantastic condition overall with no cracks, chips or nibbles present however, all pieces show signs of use. There is crazing evident on all pieces and minor wear to the gold gilt rims and handles. Very minor imperfections given the age of these beauties.
