The fireside chair has a beautiful elegance with its curved back and spindles and deep oyster-shaped seat. An extremely comfortable chair that could be sat in for hours. The chair has been restored and stripped back to reveal the gorgeous Elm wood grain which has been treated with Osmo hard wax oil for durability and protection with a wax burnish finish. There has been a repair to the seat where a small crack has been smoothed and filled which doesn’t detract from the overall condition or structure of the chair.
