Vintage floral oil painting of Hollyhocks (Alcea rosea) in wooden frame. Lovely deep red through to pale pink blooms with lots of texture from the brushwork. Signed indistinctly by the artist in the lower left corner Oil on canvas. Pale grey wooden frame. Size of frame: 57cm x 46cm Condition commensurate with age - just a couple of small superficial marks to the painting; scratches and wear to the frame. Taped to the back which has come away a little - see last photo. There is a hanging string so ready to go on the wall....more
