Vintage birds are one of my obsessions and this lovely set of ceramic wall mounted swallows are the first I've seen in this exact style. This set are graduated in size, approximately: 16cm x 12cm 13cm x 9m 11cm x 7cm As with all my vintage pieces these have evidence of their previous life - the smallest bird has a tiny area on a tail tip where it looks as if it hasn't come out of the mould perfectly during the manufacturing process; the top glaze covers this. There is some age related crazing to the top glaze - mostly visible on the rear white glaze. There are no chips or cracks to any of the birds....more
