***Vintage Haseley Manor IOW Pot/Jar***

A pretty vintage small studio pottery jar/pot with a handpainted folk art floral pattern (by Krystyna Young, I believe) from Haseley Manor on the Isle of Wight. Its colours are shades of sky blue, dark blue, green and white. The inside is in a clear glaze, revealing the colour of the terracotta base. Charming and well designed, this little pot/jar would be perfect for trinkets or could be used as a small bud vase. Haseley Manor Pottery was set up by Krystyna Young. She established the pottery at the manor until it closed following her death in around 1990. Manufacturers mark on the base: It is marked with iow on the base. This piece is beautiful quality and is showing only minor signs of use and wear (commensurate with age) but is otherwise in excellent vintage condition. ***Please see pics for details.*** ***Item bought as seen.
