Vintage Hornsea Charisma Large Ceramic Storage Jar for Tea. Measurements are as follows ~ 9cm Opening, 17cm Height, 14cm diameter Base The Charisma range of coordinated kitchen and tableware from Hornsea Pottery was briefly available from 1978 - 1980 and was designed by Sarah Vardy. Classic 1980s kitchen decor, the design itself features an embossed graphic leaf design in deep brown on a glossy white glaze, and interestingly, the interior is a matte biscuit finish of dark brown. As always, we have picked these vintage storage jars as they will look equally at home in a retro or modern aesthetic. The canisters are excellent Vintage condition, but there is some wear to the wooden lids and the rubber seals will need replacing in order to be more airtight.
