This stunning vintage marquetry backgammon set is handcrafted from inlaid wood and mother of pearl. Unused, so all pieces present. This appears to be one of a number of highly decorative sets that were made by a number of skilled craftsmen across Turkey, Morocco, Egypt and Syria between 1930s and 1980s.
