Vintage 1960s Japanese Green Wall Plate with Bamboo, Flowers and Yellow Bird. Measurements are as follows ~ 20cm x 20cm Square, 3cm depth, 13cm diameter base We love Japanese ceramics, so instantly fell for this mid century ashtray - which can now be put to much better use as a quirky wall plate! It has a wonderful flowering bamboo design, and rich green colours, so will look fantastic whether hanging as a piece of kitchen wall decor, or serving up at the dining table. With its sweet little hand painted yellow flying bird, this majolica plate would also be an unusual gift for a bird lover. As always, we have picked this Japanese ashtray as it will look equally at home in a retro or modern aesthetic.
