This is a lovely vintage Keeling & Co Ludgate oval plate measures 26.5 cm x 21 cm. Made of fine porcelain, the plate features a beautiful white and blue colour and depicts a blue border, medallions, ropes/swags. The mark on the piece is from 1912-1936, I believe. The piece also has a 13 marked on it (perhaps a date mark for 1913?) Rather strangely, the platter is missing the LOSOL Ware part of the mark that is found on most other pieces of this type making me wonder if it’s potentially an earlier piece. Manufacturers mark on the base: Ludgate (Crown Mark) Keeling & Co. Ltd.
