This is such a beautiful miniature painting on Welsh slate by renowned artist Ken Taylor, dating from the 1980s/1990s The subject matter is a Bank Vole hanging on to branch trying to reach the the Raspberry’s and Blackberries Signed to the lower slate by the artist The colours and detailing is superb The slate is mounted onto a cream backing and framed within a wooden and gold gilt frame To the back is the identifying artist’s sticker In lovely condition Frame measures 13.5 x 13.5cm Diameter of slate art 8.5cm Please see all photos as they do form part of the description Most of my items are antique or vintage and so may have some surface marks and or signs of use.
