Vintage 1960’s “Nina” print by British artist Gerritt Vandersyde. A kitsch and collectible piece which is relatively rare to find. Nina is an iconic image from the 60’s/70’s and featured in Stanley Kubrik’s 1971 cult movie “A Clockwork Orange”. I like to think of her as the prettier sister of JH Lynch’s Tina, maybe a cousin of Tretchikoff’s Green Lady or even a pal of one of Lou Shabner’s girls! She would look stunning on your wall as either a statement piece or as part of a gallery arrangement. This is an original print on board in its original wooden frame which has been gilded in an antique gold. The tape on the back of the frame has been renewed. The vintage condition of the print and frame is showing some wear and age-related marks but this does not detract from how stunning this iconic piece will look once hung and viewed from a slight distance.
