Vintage Mid Century Stoneware Jug, made by the Buchan Pottery in Portobello, the Scottish Hebrides. Measurements are as follows ~ 8cm diameter opening, 20cm height, 9cm base We love the soft shades of this pale grey blue vintage vase - coupled with a very mid century stitch type pattern style in darker blue, with orange highlights - a lovely example of Scottish pottery. This large pitcher will be a great addition to your 1960s dining table styling, and a stoneware vase is a useful addition or ornamental piece - to any home. As always, we have picked this piece of Mid Century pottery as it will look equally at home in a retro or modern aesthetic. In Excellent Vintage condition, but please note that there are some small bubbles to the orange glaze, that would be from the time of manufacture. We have aimed to detail this in our photography.
