A wonderful rare-to-find set of 2 Vintage Mid Century occasional tables by Arnold Designs Ltd of Chalford, Gloucestershire. The table tops are made of a resin-like formica in the “Little Chelsea” design featuring pastel florals and green foliage and are complemented with beautiful gold coloured trims. The wooden dansette legs can unscrew and have lovely gold trimmed feet. The legs have all been sanded back, painted in Annie Sloan Athenian Black and protected with a wax varnish. Both tables have the original Arnold Designs Ltd, Chalford Glos maker labels on the underside. The gold edging and trims have some scratches and dents commensurate with their age but this does not detract from their vintage charm.
