Vintage Italian Table Lamp Base with Ornate Bird of Paradise Garden Design, made from a repurposed ceramic ginger jar. Measurements are as follows ~ Width approximately 20cm Height including brass fitment 39cm Base 14cm Across This intricately decorated Lamp Base grabbed us straight away, and we were interested to learn that it had genuinely been converted from a ginger jar! Perfect for creating a statement on a side table. The lamp is in full working order, has been fitted with brand new wiring - which is for a UK plug. As always, we have picked this piece as it would look equally at home in a retro or modern aesthetic. * Please note that the Lampshade is not included! * In overall very good vintage condition - but please be aware that there is a chip to the rim of the jar - we do not feel that this is noticeable at all, but please see details in our photography.
