Vintage Poole Pottery vole with strawberry

A cute vole eating a strawberry figure by Poole Pottery. It is part of the "Stoneware Wildlife Sculptures" from the 1970s. The base is marked with the Poole Pottery stamp and "NM". He is a cute little vole with a lot of character imparted in the lines of fur and especially in the cheeky little eyes! He is very clearly enjoying munching on a strawberry on top of a pile of leaves. A perfect cute gift for an animal lover or Poole Pottery collector. This is a vintage item and so may show signs of its previous life. The vole is in excellent condition and there are are no obvious flaws. Please see photos for details.
