Vintage carpenter box given a refresh. Hand made. Simple used rustic appearance with a hinged lid. The box is made from solid wood throughout. It has dovetail joints. The exterior of the box has been stripped, sanded and oiled. The box retains it’s original hardware - cast iron cup handles to the sides, brass hinges as well as an iron hook and eye lid closure. The interior has been painted in green. The box is in well used vintage condition, showing clear signs of age, prolonged usage and various historic markings throughout.
