Vintage Scandinavian Danish MCM Bedside Table Side Table. Vintage Scandinavian Design Nightstand or Occasional Table Made in the 1960s, this is a fine piece of furniture in very good condition, ideal as a bedside, lounge or hallway occasional table. There are no makers marks but the teak and rosewood finish is typical of the eternally stylish and increasingly valuable Danish design aesthetic. Classic and functional, the mid-century design typifies the G-Plan and Schreiber furniture style of the period. A free-running central drawer with inset handle sits within slender solid wood legs, surmounted by a finely grained wooden table top, providing two functional surfaces.
