This smells of childhood to me, my Mum had one very similar I'm sure in the 1970s . It has lovely age to it but is in very robust condition with many years of service ahead of it. Good weight and a nice sturdy structure. We buy some beautiful vegetables these days (skipping over current issues of availability) nice to make a feature of them while you decide what culinary creation you will whip up.
