This superb c.1930s slipware jug, has such an eye-catching rustic look! It features a dark brown glaze with a simple white slip pattern in repeat and cream interior; evocative of very early antique Staffordshire slipwares. Use as a perfect decorative cottage accent, a water/wine jug, or on a sunny sill with a bunch of seasonal blooms. 16cm H x 18cm W (at widest point with handle) x 9cm Base Diameter Wonderful condition throughout with simply a small nibble (very well disguised!) to its foot.
