Vintage 1960s Sylvac Face Pot for serving Pickled Onions. Measurements are as follows ~ 9cm diameter opening, 14cm height, 7cm diameter base Novelty serving vessels featuring anthropomorphic vegetables were a big trend 60s and 70s and Sylvac produced some of the best! We love that it was completely normal to use something as crazy and quirky as this on your Dining Table! For our overseas friends - pickled onions were often on our 1980s childhood dining tables during summer, loved by some - loathed by others!! This lidded pot would also make a fun addition to the kitchen to store knick knacks! As always, we have picked this piece as it will look equally at home in a retro or modern aesthetic.
