Midcentury Modern genuine teak secretary desk was designed and built in England, and dates from about 1960. The renewed finish is in excellent condition on this vintage furniture. Drawers have dovetailed joints. The lock and key work on the drop front, inside are two small drawers and several compartments for papers. The bottom cupboards have a lovely streamlined moulded handles that have an overlap detail. There are few light marks to the surface and the veneer has had a knock along the base.
