Original Victorian design late 19th Century/early 20th Century This excellent set of chairs offers fabulous style with the classic balloon back and solid seat with stretcher rails supporting the turned and splayed legs. Original French polish finish with lots of patina and character. Beautiful honey tone Stained beech chairs Balloon back Shaped scalloped seat Turned and splayed legs. The chair feature a rich colour. Fantastic colour and patination; this can only be achieved through age and years of care and cleaning it has received. This rich original colour cannot be re-created if the chair has been re-polished. I work very hard to ensure that items are in the best condition possible. Items have scratches, nicks, wood splits and dents and old repairs. This all adds to the character of the vintage item. Dimensions are practically identical / minimum variation.
