Cousances 24 gratin dish in volcanic orange. In overall good vintage condition, with typical age / usage related marks. Stamped “24 Cousances Made in France” on the underside. Length handle to handle is 29cm. Width is 18cm. Le Creuset purchased their main competitor Cousances’ in the 1950’s. They acquired the brand, including factories and classic moulds. Le Creuset continued to produce Cousances pieces until the 1980’s. The gratin dish is typically used for making gratins, roasting, and baking.
