Lovely little walnut sewing box on super long legs. It is rich, deep colour, fab patina, beautifully elegant and simply crafted. The interior is lined, a modern lining, red pattern which a confident crafter could remove and recover to own choice of style. There is damage to the interior lip panels, some vaneer is missing but can not be seen when the lid is closed. The total height is 25 inches, the box itself is 9 inches deep. It is 19 inches x 12 inches. Super simple cabriole legs with pad feet. It’s a fabulous quality piece, showing a bit of age. A great needlework or knitting box or just use as a side table with the bonus of some storage. UK delivery only or collect from Wing, Buckinghamshire.
