Wonderful set of Mid Century china, 6 matching checked bowls by Washington Pottery, circa 1950’s - 1 large & 6 smaller bowls assorted colours; dark red, greens, yellow, grey and blue. Pieces are decorated with checks, fine black lines, florals, foliage and bands of colour, on white background, and gilt finish to surface and rims, gorgeous for the vintage tea table. This distinctive pattern by Washington Pottery, Hanley is hard-to-find and very collectible, a perfect gift for lovers of vintage china.
