A most classically styled and elegantly useful vase for cut flowers. The ivory white Moonstone glaze was developed by Norman Wilson for Wedgwood in the 1930's, it is eggshell smooth and beautifully tactile on this fluted form. Marked "Wedgwood of Etruria & Barlaston, Made in England" and impressed "10 G 63 WEDGWOOD" on underside of foot. It is unclear if the 63 refers to the date of manufacture, but this shape was in production up until the 1980's. In excellent condition, with no cracks, chips nor crazing.
