Wooden Carved Mid Century Candle Holders x 2

Possibly made in India due to its style of carving, these candle holders are however very much made in the Danish style due to their shape. They also do appear to be teak. They are beautifully turned and then hand carved with curvy leaf patterns, along with zigzags and duplicated arches making them truly unique and in great vintage condition. They measure 15.3cm high and are 6.3cm diameter st the base and 5cm at the top. holds a 1.7cm diameter candle. (this is vintage sized and you can find candles to fit, online but I just whittled some narrower ones down slightly at their base to fit). Unless you like a drippy look, it’s possibly best to use non-drip candles due to the carving. Please note, I only use recycled or sustainable packaging....more
