Vintage 1970s French Green Beehive Stem Hock Glasses with grape vine patterns. We have two sets of three available, one etched with a grape vine, and the other with a printed gold grape vine pattern. * £15 for a set of 3 - let us know which you prefer * The Gold patterned glasses are made by Luminarc and measure ~ 6cm opening, 11cm height, 6.5cm diameter base The Etched glasses measure as follows ~ 6cm opening, 11cm height, 6cm diameter base We love these sublimely 70s glasses - vintage glassware will make you feel the height of sophistication whether sipping wine, an aperitif, a cocktail or champagne. The vibrant green chunky stems are good and sturdy, and sometimes known as Beehive Glasses. They also give a historical nod back to Roemer Glasses - a type of large drinking glass studded with prunts to ensure a safe grip, popular in the Rhineland and the Netherlands from the 15th through the 17th century.
