Mid Century Glass Ashtray Dish

Heavy decorative glass dish which was originally designed as an ashtray. It is made from thick pressed glass with geometric diamond patterning around the sides and sunburst pattern to the base. It has 4 slight indents at quarter intervals around the edge for cigarette rests. It has an unreadable makers mark and some signs of previous use but is in good vintage condition. It would make an ideal trinket dish or jewellery holder measuring 15cm across in total.
